The location was magnificent as for me, adjacent to Phu Quoc and airport and the beachfront. Booked a room with balcony. Friendly staff and everything was good.

The hotel is fairly clean, with super-friendly personal, and offers favourable and magnificent location short walk to the beachfront, and the airport. The room is big size, comes with kettle, a balcony, fridge. The venue provides a good service. Great to have concierge service and a complimentary breakfast free of charge. I think the place is exceptionally friendly, would stay here again.

Stayed at a "spotless" room with "gorgeous" pool views. A true oasis of calm. Loved the convenient location, few minutes walk to restaurants and the beachclub. Oh, and can't forget the "perfect" Vietnamese coffee!

Shower was a thrilling game of extreme temperatures. It was either a steamy sauna or a refreshing ice bath.

We had a reasonably large and spotless room with large bed and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a mini-fridge-bar. We had a private bathroom. Excellent location by palm trees was a plus.

The hotel was in a good location adjacent to the beachfront as well as various bars and cafes. My room included it's own balcony and a kettle. The staff were affable and pleasant all the time.

The a double room overlooks lake and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. It's particularly good and bathroom includes walk-in showers. This friendly hotel has marvellous location so close to various bars, Vietnam, and the city center.

Brand-new hotel in a central area so close to the closest beach and the city center and the night market. Comfy & new-fashioned room, climate control, television, and a mini-fridge-bar in there. Had gates: )

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking and transportation were easily accessible, making it convenient to explore everything on the island. The location was excellent, with everything just a stone's throw away. To top it off, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

our recent golf trip to phu quoc was made perfect by the amazing staff and peaceful atmosphere at valentina resort & spa. the pool, delicious breakfast, and helpful driver truly exceeded our expectations. we'll definitely be back again.

Friendly and supportive kitchen staff and owners. Lovely pool surrounded by flowers and palm trees. Cute and engaging dogs on the premises. Bicycles available for rent to explore the town on a budget.

Felt like home, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff

The location is convenient and easy to get anywhere. The room was spacious, great and clean, with tasteful furniture. The pool is very nice and clean too! The staff is accommodating and helpful. They even rented us a scooter. We liked the peacefulness and serenity of the place and it's only a 10-minute walk from the beach and an easy location to navigate.

The breakfast was limited for people with food restrictions and food allergies. The staff didn't provide us correct information about the power outage during our stay, which caused us to face the heat without AC, and the water fluctuated rapidly during showers.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for their rooms with balconies. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast provided at this hotel is delicious, with options that cater to different tastes.

The hotel is conveniently located and close to all the major attractions on the island. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, complete with modern amenities. The breakfast is good quality and the pool area is beautiful with abundant flowers and a relaxing atmosphere.

Although the staff tries their best, language barriers can be quite frustrating at times.
